Privacy Policy

The short version

• Our free browser tools run entirely on your device. What you paste into them is not sent to us.
• We collect only what you give us (a contact message, an account) and what we need to run the service.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Information we collect

• Contact form and email. Your name, email address, company (optional) and your message.
• Accounts (FlowAgent). When you sign in, our authentication provider Clerk processes your name, email address and sign-in details.
• FlowAgent usage. The prompts you submit, and usage records (account ID, email, feature used, time, status and response time) that we keep to operate the service, control costs and prevent abuse.
• n8n credentials. The n8n URL and API key you enter are stored in your own browser (local storage). They pass through our servers only to reach your n8n instance when you test or deploy a workflow, and we do not keep them.
• Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymous, aggregated page views (page, referrer, country, device type). It uses no cookies and does not identify you.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To run, secure, debug and improve the site and products.
• To bill for paid services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse.

We send you marketing email only if you have asked for it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel: hosting and analytics.
• Clerk: authentication.
• Anthropic: processes FlowAgent prompts to generate workflows.
• Resend: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Upstash: stores FlowAgent usage records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Retention

We keep contact messages and account data for as long as we need them to deal with you, and business records for as long as tax law requires. Usage records are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email contact@devhubsolutions.net. We reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, restrict access to data and use reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us sensitive information such as passwords or payment card details by email.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. See also our Cookie Policy.
