Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of devhubsolutions.net and the services of DevHub Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. The services
We provide free browser-based developer tools, MCPHub (a directory of MCP servers), FlowAgent (AI-generated n8n workflows) and paid services such as the Automation Sprint. We may change, suspend or discontinue any free feature at any time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and everything done under it. Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract, to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or use the services to send spam or malware.
- Don't try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the services.
- Don't scrape or resell the services, or get around usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. AI output and third-party platforms
FlowAgent and similar features use AI models, and their output may be wrong or incomplete. Review every generated workflow before you run it. You are responsible for anything you deploy to your own n8n instance or any other third-party platform, and for keeping your credentials safe. Third-party services, including the MCP servers listed on MCPHub, are provided by their own authors under their own terms. We don't control them.
5. Paid services
Paid engagements follow the written scope and price we agree with you before work starts. Unless that agreement says otherwise, you own the deliverables once you have paid in full, and we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how and generic components. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, content and code belong to DevHub Solutions LLC or its licensors. Anything you submit remains yours. You give us only the rights we need to process it and provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DevHub Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims that arise from your misuse of the services or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless consumer protection laws where you live say otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the services after the date at the top of this page changes, you accept the new terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
